Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the European Regulation April 27, 2016, no. 679 (“GDPR”), and Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003, no. 196, as amended by Leg. August 10, 2018, no. 101 (“Current Privacy Policy”), we inform that the personal data of all users and/or visitors of the website www.dinamo.io will be processed through electronic and manual means.

Data controller

The Data Controller is Dinamo S.r.l., (hereinafter “Data Controller”), with registered office in Via Nizza, 92, Rome.

Legal Basis for Processing.

The processing of personal data provided by the user has as its legal basis the consent given by You through the submission of communications.

Purpose of processing.

Personal data provided by the user are processed for the following purposes:

• Management of communications and reports received;
• fulfillment of legal obligations.

The provision of user data is mandatory for the achievement of the above purposes, and failure to provide, partial or inaccurate data will result in the impossibility of responding to communications received.

Data disclosure.

The user’s personal data will be processed exclusively by persons authorized to process them (Art. 29 of the GDPR) and by third parties, expressly designated as Data Processors (Art. 28 of the GDPR), in order to carry out all processing activities necessary to pursue the purposes detailed in this Notice. Personal data may be disclosed to public bodies or judicial authorities where required by law or to prevent or suppress the commission of a crime.

Data retention period.

The personal data collected will be processed by the Data Controller for as long as is strictly necessary for the pursuit of the above purposes, without prejudice to an additional retention period that may be imposed by legal obligations.

Territorial scope of treatment.

The user’s personal data will be processed by the Controller within the territory of the European Union. If, for technical and/or operational issues, it is necessary to use subjects located outside the European Union, we inform you as of now that the processing will take place in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by the applicable Privacy Law, therefore, the transfer of personal data to such subjects will take place with the appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data as provided for in Articles 44-49 of the GDPR. In any case, users may request more details from the Data Controller if their personal data are processed outside the European Union by requesting evidence of the specific safeguards adopted.

Rights of the data subject

Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations give users the exercise of peculiar rights and enable them to obtain:

• confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and to obtain access to the data and the following information: purpose of processing, categories of personal data, recipients and/or categories of recipients to whom the data have been and/or will be disclosed, storage period;
• rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her and/or supplementation of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement;
• The deletion of personal data, in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
• The limitation to the Treatment in the hypotheses provided for by current legislation;
• portability of data concerning him or her, and in particular to request the personal data concerning him or her provided to the data controller and/or request the direct transmission of his or her data to another data controller;
• objection to the processing at any time, for reasons related to a particular situation, and/or to the processing of personal data concerning him/her in full compliance with the applicable Privacy Law, as well as for any commercial purposes.

In addition, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the applicable Privacy Law, we inform you that you may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.
